I know you read the first page, so you have a sense that I love what I do and the people I meet..

But I think that buying a home is a combination of both a personal and business decision..and you might want to know a little more about who will be helping you on the way..

As you may have guessed I have been married for over 26 years and am the (usually) proud mother of two, a teenage daughter and a 1o year old son.  Having started a family late in life give me a unique perspective..I to have a young family and understand concerns about schools and towns, safety and community, but can also see (with some jealousy) the time for preparing for children in college with downsizing and  investment leveraging.  No matter what your situation...all of these issues will come into your thoughts as you consider selling or buying.

What do I do with my free time... I coach with my husband youth soccer year round.  We coach outdoors in the Fall and Spring, Indoors in the winter and at a State level with a pre-ODP program in the summer.  Last summer our team won the end of season State Tournament, it was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever been part of.

Did you know MA has the second largest Soccer program in the country, 2nd only to CA (Bigger than TX, FL..etc)... It's HUGE in MA.

Also, I am a member of the local School Committee (I am a "can't complain if you won't get off the couch" type) and have a very unique insight into the inner workings of MA schools and the challenges they face and successes they have achieved.  Schools are the lifeblood of our communities and our state, as a realtor I bring the perspectives of situation but also my clients and people I have met over the years, conversely as a school committee member I have insights that allow me better achieve the right situation for you my clients.

So I guess I am the "hands on" type of person, if I see something that needs to be done I do not mind "rolling up my sleeves" to get it done.  Professionalism and competency are earned through experiences not just in a single industry or job title but through all the experiences in your life, if you take on the challenges with a combination of careful consideration and enthusiasm to do your best.

I am not a "sit on the sidelines" type of person...

I’ll do this for a couple of years…. GET Bored ...And Move On.

At least that’s what I thought in 1983. What I didn’t count  on was loving the profession and thoroughly enjoying the people I came in contact with.

It seems like yesterday. I had just passed my Real Estate Licensing Exam. I said to my husband "I’ll do this for a couple of years but then I think I’ll move on to something new. After all, you just show a couple of houses and then your customer buys one.” He just laughed at me (he has been a constant source of humor throughout our Marriage).

Each and very day I assist people and families with the most important investment of their lives. This is where your children will grow up, your haven after a long day’s work, a neighborhood and community to meet friends for life.  This is where you will protect and grow a significant part of your savings and investments. I have never lost sight of this and that is why I stay at the forefront of my profession in continuing education and services. And, that is also why, I provide and aintain this web site as a service to you.

What have I done since 1983 besides get older (Sigh!)??? Well, I kept my husband for his humor...

Living in Framingham, I started my career as a salesperson in Sudbury. Upon attaining my Broker License I joined a start-up as the Assistant Manager. As the Business grew I created and Maintained a 3rd party relocation division, assisted in the training and directing the sales staff, maintained my personal customer base and attained the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute).

Looking for new challenges, I opened an office in Marlborough (for a company that will reain nameless) and became a Licensed Real Estate Instructor. The office was a success, but it was corporate policy that Managers could not sell. Quite simply, I missed interacting with the public and the day to day challenge of finding that "just right home”. Frankly, that was the reason I became a broker and it is what I truly enjoy about my profession.

So, along with a family move to Upton, I changed offices and affiliations, returned to sales and attained the Certified Buyer Representative designation. Now, located at the Re/Max Executive Office in Hopkinton, I provide the services of a broker with a unique depth of experience rarely found in the industry.

I continue to attend professional education courses, most recently attaining the E-PRO designation (a course dealing with the unique needs and services of Internet customers) in an effort to continue to provide cutting edge service.

And, with all this, I have never lost sight of one thing. Whether you are relocating from out of state or moving down the street, this is one of the most important moves of your life. I hope it will be my privilege to assist you in finding a home that meets your needs and requirements.

As a Broker with Millennium Realty in Mendon, the office is conveniently off Rt 16 in the heart of Blackstone Valley in Mendon providing excellent proximity to the surrounding towns of Westborough, Upton, Mendon, Holliston, Northborough, Southborough, Uxbridge and 15 minutes away from 495/Mass Pike 90/RT 9 and the MetroWest area including Wayland, Sudbury, Weston, Natick and Framingham from these easily accessible Major Routes.
